A: Absolutely nothing. We set up our tanks with timers on the lights, automatic filtration, and even auto feeding systems. At most, once per week you will be asked to add food, which we supply to the auto feeder, a process that takes less than one minute to do. The aquariums we provide are truly a maintenance free product for our customers.

As well, any area where rapid environmental changes occur, such as extreme cold/warm locations or areas with excessive fumes should be avoided.

A: Each system is different and requires a different service schedule. The frequency of service is determined by the style of aquarium, filtration, lighting, livestock, feeding, etc. Some aquariums will do fine with monthly maintenance visits, while others require weekly maintenance to keep them in proper condition.
A: We take a very direct approach in our service. We will test the water chemistry, algae scrub the front and sides of the aquarium, do a gravel vacuum if needed, clean/replace/exchange artificial decorations when needed, dose the proper chemicals and additives, clean out and maintain the filtration system, inspect the fish for health and check on their behavior, feed the corals or any other invertebrate’s in the aquarium, do a partial water change and perform whatever minor or major repairs which might be needed.
A: Whenever possible, we use livestock that has been bred in captivity. As well, we do not put live corals in our lease tanks due to the increasing depletion and environmental impact on our natural reefs and oceans. We have wonderful artificial coral and stone to make your aquarium bright, interesting, and hassle free.
